LECTURES CC is available
periodically to speak to schools on a number of subjects: The new
presentation is titled: Marsh Mission Capturing the Vanishing
Wetlands.
Other subjects: Alligators: Prehistoric
Monsters or Citizens of the Wetlands, Louisiana Nature, Voyage on the Mississippi,
Nature Photography, The Grand Canyon including Geology, The
Yucatan Peninsula, and The Gulf of Mexico.
Format (about 3 hours)
1.
A slide presentation to a large group of students in the
auditorium.
2. Visit a
classroom that is studying the presented subject.
3. Sign
books bought by the students and teachers.
The
presentation includes a small exhibit of artifacts and usually a
live animal.

You will need to supply a large screen, a
lighted podium with a mike and extension cords. To get the most
out of the slide presentation a large dark room with a big screen
is necessary.
